PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Tremsil® 600 is a single-component, neutral-cure silicone sealant that cures to a flexible rubber when exposed to moisture present in the air. Tremsil 600 is a fast-skinning, medium-modulus sealant designed for use in in-plant glazing applications.

BASIC USES Tremsil 600 is ideal for use as an in-plant glazing sealant. Tremsil 600 can be used for application through automated glazing equipment (x-y tables), or it can be used in manual application for the following:  Back-bedding  Cap,heel,and toe beads  Sash joinery

FEATURES & BENEFITS Tremsil 600 is compatible with most common porous and non-porous building components and has excellent adhesion to aluminum, stainless steel, metals, glass, plastics, rigid PVCs, wood, brick, concrete, and painted surfaces. With its excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates, Tremsil 600 can act as one product for a variety of applications on the same job from metal-to-metal joinery to perimeter beads, minimizing complexity and confusion. There is no mixing required with Tremsil 600, so product is always ready to use for immediate application with conventional caulking equipment. Tremsil 600 is easy to apply and allows 8 to 10 minutes for tooling time.
